The benefits of moving in warm water are numerous!

  • People with arthritis, pain and stiffness find comfort and relief in a warm water environment

  • Warm water encourages free movement and helps support joints

  • The resistance of the water helps build muscle strength, flexibility and endurance

  • Swelling can be reduced by the pressure of the water on the body’s surface while improving circulation

  • It is a great place for people of all ages and fitness levels to gather with friends and meet new people!

Try one of our classes at the Hebrew Home at Riverdale warm water pool and feel the difference!
