Swim Team
Join the Whitehall Dolphins Swim Team!
Do you want to refine your strokes and participate in competitions against other swim clubs?
Would you like to improve you efficiency and speed in the water?
Are you a good swimmer but want something fun to do after school?
The Whitehall Dolphins are a year round swim team for kids 6 - 15. Swimmers must have a knowledge of diving and all 4 strokes.
Swimmers will continue to improve their stroke technique and endurance in the pool. Each week, we focus on a different skill and provide feedback to your child as to their progress. Swimmers are organized into lanes based on age and ability. Each lane has it's own coach dedicated to the swimmers. There is light competition with other local swim teams. We emphasize good sportsmanship and FUN at our meets!
Summer Swim Clinic
July session
4 week session
Swim clinic will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:00-5:45.
7/2-8/1
Fee: $200
Spring 2 2013 Session
6 week session
Swim Team practice will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:00-5:45.
5/21 - 6/27
Junior Swim Clinic
Junior Swim Clinic will be held on Wednesdays from 5:00-5:45 for no more than 10 swimmers. If this would interest you, please click on the "register" link next to the Jr. Swim Clinic.
Wednesdays: 7/3-7/24
Fee: $165
Whether you are a new swimmer or an alumni, please register by clicking on the blue "Register" link below next to the program you wish to enroll in.

All swimmers must bring goggles and a swim cap to each practice (we sell them on deck if you do not have them).
Swim caps: $10.
Speedo goggles: $15
Swim shammies: $15
Girls team suits: $45
Boys team jammers: $30

Swim Meet Results:
Hello Dolphins! Here are the results for the swim meet that we had on 4-11-13. I also included the meet results from 12-20-12 and your time trials from September so that you can compare your times. EVERYONE has improved significantly since then and I am so proud!
The first link will bring you to your overall place in the meet for each event. The second link will show you how you placed within your heat. For example, if it says 2-1, that means that you placed first in the second heat. The number to the left of this is your overall place within your age group for that event.
Please remember that you should focus on your times compared to those from the last meet and September, not to your peers. Everyone has different strengths and you all have shown improvement!

*****Note: Please note that for the time trials on 9-11-12, the 7-8 year old boys and girls times were taken for 2 lengths of the pool. For the swim meet, they were only timed for one length.
