Payment Options

You will only be guaranteed the spot after we have received payment. If you wish to pay on the first day of class or need alternate payment arrangements, please let us know and we will also hold your spot.

Payment by Cash:

If you wish to pay in cash, please put it in an envelope with your name on it and give it to the instructor.

Payment by Check:

If you wish to pay by check, you may give it to the instructor directly or mail it to the following address:

Please e-mail us at aquabilitieswithjennifer@gmail.com if you are going to be mailing us payment so we can look out for it or if the person paying for the lesson has a last name that different from the child's, so as to minimize confusion.

How to make a payment by Credit Card:

Logging into the Client Portal

1. Click on the "Client Portal" tab to the left

2. Input your the email address that you originally enrolled with

3. If you know your password, enter it and skip steps 4-7

4. If you do not remember your password, click "I forgot my password"

5. The system will email a password that you may change once you are logged in

Making a Credit Card Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. We are sorry, we do not accept American Express at this time.

1. Once you are logged in, click on the "My Account" Tab:

2. Enter your credit card information and SAVE

3. Click on the "Fees & Payment" tab:

4. Use the "Make a Payment" button (upper left side of the Fees & Payment screen)

5. Enter the payment amount – this field will auto fill with the balance due, you can change this to any amount.

6. Check the boxes of the fees you would like to pay and uncheck any that you do not wish to pay at this time.

7. Click on the "Submit" button on the lower right of the screen

Your payment has now been processed!

Discount for 3 or More Swimmers Enrolled!

We offer 20% off the 3rd and 4th swimmer from the same household enrolled in our program. The system does not calculate this automatically. Please email us so we can adjust your account

Refunds:

There will be no monetary refunds given after a class session has started. Credits toward future classes are given for such circumstances as a medical emergency (a doctor's note may be requested) or at the discretion of the owner. Credits will be prorated from the time of the resolution of the request. There will be a $30 surcharge for refunds requested less than a week before a class starts.
