Aquabilities with Jennifer has been serving children and adults at the Whitehall Club for over 13 years. We offer group swimming lessons, private individualized sessions and a competitive swim team. We also offer occupational therapy services to children and adults who have special needs in order to increase their ability to function through therapeutic use of the aquatic environment. Our student to teacher ratio is small and our instructors are all professionals.

Swimming is 75% psychology and 25% skill. Helping people to overcome their fears and to learn to love the water while being safe is our mission. We hope to swim with you soon!

Here you will be able to get all of the information that you need about our programs, schedules, upcoming events and more!!! You may access our current schedules and register for classes by clicking on the links to the left.

Client Portal

New swimmers will be able to create an account with us after you select a class or program that you wish to register for.

Current swimmers may log into our system by clicking on the "Client Portal" link to the left. After you log into the Client Portal, you will be able to reset your password, enroll in classes, make credit card payments and access your account information.

Enrolling in a Class:

There are two ways to enroll in classes:

Through the Client Portal, you can click on the class registration tab and select the class you wish to enroll in.

If you are a new swimmer, you may also enroll by clicking on the "Class Schedule and Registration" tab to the left. This will bring you to a list of our classes.

Swim Session Schedule

July 2013 Session:
4 Weeks for $110 (unless otherwise posted)

Priority enrollment for current swimmers will open on Sunday June 2. You will have 3 days to secure your spot before we open enrollment to the public. Enrollment for new swimmers will open on Wednesday June 5.

Monday: 7/8 - 7/29
Tuesday: 7/2 - 7/23
Wednesday: 7/3 - 7/24
Thursday: 7/11 - 8/1
Friday: 6/28 - 7/19
Saturday: Summer 1 Session 6/29 - 7/27 (Private lessons and SOAP clients only)

Spring 2 session:
6 weeks for $165

Sunday: 5/12 - 6/23 (off 5/26)
Monday: 5/20 - 7/1 (off 5/27)
Tuesday: 5/21 - 6/25
Wednesday: 5/22 - 6/26
Thursday: 5/23 - 6/27
Friday: 5/17 - 6/21

Enrollment Policy

It is necessary to input credit card information before enrolling even if you prefer to pay by check, cash or installments. If a swimmer does not show for the first class of the session without prior written notice, the credit card will be charged a $30 cancellation fee along with any applicable registration fees.

Payment Options

After you log in to the portal, just click on the "fees and payments" tab and click on the "make a payment" button. You can edit your user ID, password and credit card information on the "my account" page.

You can also pay by cash or check if you prefer. Cash should be placed in an envelope with your name on it and handed directly to the instructor. Checks can be handed to the instructor or mailed to:

New Makeup Policy:

Due to an overwhelming request by parents and the professional judgment of the instructors, we will no longer be offering makeup classes for missed lessons. Most of our classes are now fully booked which doesn't allow for the addition of a makeup swimmer without overbooking the class. Please understand that this policy has been put into place to maximize the quality of the instruction for the swimmers already registered for their class.

Aquabilities with Jennifer only guarantees a make-up if a lesson has been canceled in advance by us. If there is an unforeseen last minute pool closure, a safety lesson will be taught on deck in lieu of in-water class time. This class will not be considered cancelled.

If there is a situation where a swimmer needs to be out for 3 or more consecutive classes due to injury, illness or family emergency, please contact us ASAP and we will work something out with you on a case-by-case basis.

Is a Class Not Listed?

If you don't see a class listed or a time that works for you, please email us and we may be able to create a class as long as there are at least 3 participants. We are also looking to open up some morning classes. If this interests you, please also email us.

We aim to respond to you within a few hours, however please allow 24 hours.
